SMS Verified Leads for New Home Builders

Following the acquisition of Homeshelf, one of the key focuses is to support New Homes sales and marketing activities by enhancing lead qualification processes.

The first initiative is to introduce phone number validation upon lead submission. Similar to logging into a banking app, when a user enters their phone number, they will receive a text message with a six-digit code.

The user must enter this code back into Homeshelf to complete the validation.

This process ensures that each lead submitted to the sales team is linked to a real phone number, providing confidence that the team's efforts are directed towards genuine leads.

Urban.com.au, a specialist in new apartments and townhomes, first implemented SMS verification for lead qualification in 2018.
